What you can expect.
What we expect.
These are the terms covering this website and the free resources you can download. Paid services (the Look-See Audit, Get Found Online, Lead Catcher) are covered by a separate written agreement we'll send you when you start.

Who we are
Swan Ops is a digital partner agency operated by Baousmane Kone, sole trader, trading as Swan Ops — ABN 89 475 284 594, based in Perth, Western Australia. We service Perth metro, Bunbury and the South West.
Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "Swan Ops" mean Baousmane Kone, sole trader, trading as Swan Ops. "You" and "your" mean you — the person reading the site, downloading a resource, or booking a chat.
About these terms
By using swanops.com.au or downloading any of our resources, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, the simplest thing is to not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after we update means you accept the updated terms.
The website
We aim to keep the website up and useful, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. From time to time we may take parts of it offline for maintenance or updates.
We may add, change or remove features without notice.
Free resources (PDFs and articles)
The articles and PDF checklists we offer for download are free for you to use in your own business.
You can:
- Read them, print them, save them to your phone or computer.
- Share the website link to the article or PDF with anyone.
- Use the advice in your own business however you see fit.
You can't:
- Republish the content on another website as if it were yours.
- Strip our branding and resell or redistribute the PDFs.
- Use the content to train AI models without our written permission.
The advice in our resources is based on what we've seen working for small businesses in Western Australia. It's general advice — not a guarantee of business outcomes. Every business is different. Use your judgement.
Paid services
Our paid services — the Look-See Audit, Get Found Online, Lead Catcher, and any custom work — are covered by a separate written Service Agreement that we send you before any money changes hands. That agreement covers the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, intellectual property and refund terms specific to that engagement.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to enter into a paid service. We discuss, we agree, we sign — then we start.
Bookings (the free 15-minute chat)
You can book a free 15-minute chat through our Cal.com calendar. The chat is genuinely free, with no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as you can — at least 4 hours before the slot. Late cancellations or no-shows may be limited to one rebooking.
What we expect from you
When you give us details (your name, email, business name) via a form, please give us real information. We can't deliver a PDF or follow up usefully if the email's wrong.
Please don't:
- Try to break, hack or overload the website.
- Use the site or services for anything illegal.
- Send us unsolicited bulk emails or sales pitches.
- Impersonate someone else.
Intellectual property
The Swan Ops name, logo, brand identity, articles, PDFs, design and code are owned by Baousmane Kone, trading as Swan Ops. You may use them only as expressly allowed in these terms.
Anything you create in your own business using our advice is yours.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to make sure the website and resources are accurate and useful. But:
- The resources are general advice, not specific to your situation.
- Outcomes in your business depend on a lot of factors — the resources are a starting point.
- We're not liable for any loss or damage that comes from you using the website or following the advice in our resources, except where Australian Consumer Law prevents us from limiting that liability.
If you want advice specific to your business, that's what our paid services are for — and they come with their own terms.
Privacy
How we collect and look after your personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes that can't be resolved between us will be handled by the courts of Western Australia.
